Our first fully electric vehicle is engineered to deepen the connection between vehicle and driver. Mazda’s electrification technology, e-Skyactiv, was designed around human characteristics to deliver intuitive handling and a smoother and seamless driving experience.
The MX-30 is powered by a 35.5 kWh Lithium-ion battery mounted under the cabin floor to ensure excellent responsiveness, while providing an EPA-estimated range of 100 miles on a single charge.
Retaining the look and feel of a traditional vehicle, the MX-30’s electronic gear selector and steering wheel paddles help deliver a more intuitive experience that is consistent with your current driving habits.
Created with a distinct design feature inspired by the Mazda RX‑8, the MX-30’s pillarless freestyle doors provide a unique way to experience the vehicle. Opening outward from the center, the MX-30 offers drivers and passengers a wide range of freedom and possibilities.
The MX-30 expresses our human-centric approach to design by combining elegance with functionality. Unique elements such as the floating console and ergonomically designed gauges are pleasing to the eye while they help to keep your attention on the road ahead.
Apple CarPlay™ integration (shown) for your iPhone® allows you to access maps, playlists, contacts and compatible apps on the 8.8-inch full-color display or with your voice through Siri. For Android users, Android Auto™ integration is also available.
The available premium Bose® audio system combines the Mazda Harmonic Acoustics speaker layout with an additional center speaker, satellite speakers and a subwoofer to provide powerful sound and excellent clarity throughout the entire cabin space.
Standard Blind Spot Monitoring10 helps detect objects or fast approaching vehicles that may enter a blind spot and alerts you with a warning light in your side mirrors as well as in the Active Driving Display. In addition, our available Blind Spot Assist offers further protection. If you signal a lane change, Blind Spot Assist will provide steering assist to help keep you in your lane when a vehicle is detected in your blind spot.
When traveling at speeds of 40 mph or higher, the Lane Departure Warning System6 gives you a combination of audible and visual warnings when it detects that you are about to unintentionally depart from your lane. And with Lane-keep Assist, minor steering corrections are made to help keep your vehicle in its lane.
Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go maintains a set speed and minimum following distance from traffic ahead. If the vehicle you’re following reduces speed, even down to a stop, your vehicle will automatically slow or stop as needed.
